Thank yous from recipients of River Of Hope

Dear Todd, Jen, Tristan, Gabrielle & Angel Riviera:What a lovely surprise Sophia had today when she received a mysterious package from Beautiful Angel Riviera. What a special treat. We feel honored to be a part of the River of Hope Drive - what an incredible way to honor your precious Angel.I will never forget meeting your family at UW last Christmas. And what a wonderful gift for all of those children hospitalized during Christmas.Sophia loves her new "Dino" and book. She wanted to be wrapped in the princess blanket tonight and kept touching the sticker with Riviera's picture on it. And she finally agreed to share one of the two ponies with her sister Lila. Thank you so much for thinking of her and making her Christmas so special. I am sending some pictures of her opening the package and touching noses with Dino.We are thankful to be home this Christmas. We did spend a week at UW (now the beautiful American Family hospital) in September for a major spine surgery. It was pretty intense, but Sophia did well.
